“The vines are grown at Srednji Breg, Čortanovci, with a minimum of plant-protection treatments and no herbicides.”

A green harvest in June reduces the yield and secures the highest possible grape quality. Picking is by hand into shallow 9 kg crates, after which the grapes are crushed and go to fermentation.

After pressing and malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, the wine ages in French, American and Slavonian oak barriques for at least twelve months.
